Godefroy Mascara Permanent Contains Applications
I am so glad I tried this product. I have very, very blonde, barely-can-see lashes. This made a big difference. It takes a bit of time the first time, but really gets faster and easier with each application.
I tried the enclosed swabs, before my disposable mascara brushes arrived. Both worked out, but as expected, the disposable brushes were quite a bit easier. Then I tried an "Inter-tooth" brush picks(available at most drug stores), that is much smaller and I have the best control over where the tint goes; I did attach a picture so you can compare the sizes.
Now, I do not follow their "current" directions of 1st brushing on the #1 step liquid (activator), then #2 step of brushing on gel (colorant) directly on the lashes. I found a link to some UK instructions that I modified: in a glass dappen dish I mix equal parts of the liquid and the gel; then apply it. It just works better for me that way, and find I use less of the products.
I also use a lipstick-like applicator of colorless lip balm to go on the eyelids and under the lower lashes, (I use this too when tinting my brows). Way more control of where that balm/petroleum gel goes; little to none on the stuff I am trying to tint! (I actually use the free baby "chapstick" I got from my dentist and keep it in the box.)
Additional Tools I Use: I also use a 1) high magnification mirror to do this work, 2) clear lipstick Chapstick Fresh Effects Lip Balm, Refreshing Mandarin, 3) glass dappen dish CLUB1 Glass Dappen Dish, 4) inter-dental brush picks for application Interdental Brush - 10 pc,(Aim) and 5) a "metal" eyelash comb Tweezerman Folding Eyelash Comb to help remove the lashes sticking together and clumping. Got to have `em all lined up before I begin.

Alba Botanica Moisturizer Hawaiian 3 Ounce
this is my favorite moisturizer. i was looking for something lighter and more "natural." the price did put me off at first, but in the end, i gave it a try and have been using it for about a year. i use this as a nighttime moisturizer, but it works great during the day (when it's not sunny). green tea and aloe are really good for the skin. alba makes great products in general, but they can be a little on the pricey side. still, it's worth it especially with the discounted price on amazon.
PROS:
-light and cooling
-goes on smooth and absorbs well
-nice scent
-great for skin. does not make me break out.
CONS:
-no SPF, but not necessarily needed. i actually use the trader joe's moisturizer with SPF during the day.
-can feel a little greasy, but very minor. goes away after absorbed. doesn't control oil, but i usually have a sheet or napkin for blotting during the day.

My 2.5-year-old daughter loves to wash things, including her hands, dishes, bath toys, or whatever else she can find to clean, including things like stuffed animals and other toys that shouldn't get wet regularly. This toy is the perfect outlet for her love of washing. The baby doll is well made and drains easily (thanks to a hole in the back), so you don't have to worry about that gross, slimy water than can build up inside a lot of water toys. The soap dispenser is a real hit. As other reviewers have suggested, you should fill this with a mix of water and just a little soap. Otherwise, you will have a house full of soap suds. The other parts (the scoop and towel) are nice additions, but my daughter isn't too interested in them. Maybe that stuff is more interesting to older kids who go through the whole bath routine. All in all, this is a great, well-made toy.

I thought that the product wouldn't be as good because it is not sold in drugstores. However it is fairly decent as brushes. I would like to say I use and own a good sum of makeup. I own some brushes and decided to try these out. I like the brushes they are great to use to put makeup on. The kabuki is good for putting blush or bronzer. The angled blush brush is not only good for blush and bronzer but foundation as well. The concealer brush is good to use as a foundation brush since it is dense. The contour brush is good for adding highlight. These brushes are multifunctional so it is an added benefit. Sure the quality cannot be compared to Sephora or the higher brands. However, for the price it is really decent. Recommended for people who don't mind how small it is and looking for decent and pretty cheap brushes.

Zero Dark Thirty
Zero Dark Thirty (2012) is the best movie that I've seen in 2013. The story is gripping, the acting is outstanding, and you walk away feeling that you've witnessed something significant and moving.
Jessica Chastain plays Maya, an intelligence officer obsessed with finding Usama Bin Laden ("UBL"). Maya spends about ten years of her life chasing various meandering leads, pressing her superiors to follow her research and hunches, and finally, as we know, all the zealous effort results in a monumental and historical raid and kill. Chastain is great as Maya; you won't recognize her in comparison to her performance as the ditzy, blond stay-at-home wife in The Help. The access that the filmmakers must have had to CIA and other intelligence personnel to create Maya's character made the story and character true to form, even if some of it turns out to be false.
The torture scenes during the first � of the film are over-hyped. I was expecting much worse. By today's movie violence standards, the torture was tame and not gruesome. The unwarranted controversy that Zero Dark Thirty has created stems from the implication that torture led to information, which led to UBL's comeuppance. That implication is clear, but I did not walk away thinking that this film condones torture or "enhanced interrogation techniques." On the contrary, later in the film it becomes clear that the intelligence community's use of such tactics has been criticized publicly and politically, actually jeopardizing the license to conduct an all-out manhunt by any means. To say that a message of this film is that "torture works" is incorrect.
UBL is only in a few minutes of this film, but Maya's obsession with finding him makes him a of pot of gold or trophy. We learn a lot about how Al Qaeda ran its operations in the 2000s, relying upon some very primitive means of communication (basically person-to-person) to spread messages between key operatives and their underlings. UBL was at the top, but he was in deep hiding for years after 9/11. The interspersing of scenes of other terrorist acts linked to or credited to Al Qaeda builds the drama and importance of bagging the trophy, UBL.
The portrayal of the raid of UBL's fortress in Pakistan is brilliantly executed. It is believable. It is terrifying. It is, ultimately, gratifying. Knowing that things went wrong during the raid (a helicopter crash, for instance), leaving the top folks in U.S. government on pins and needles for dozens of harrowing, nail-biting minutes, this portion of the film has a tinge of dread throughout. You are just waiting for a Navy Seal to get shot, stabbed, or maimed. When they "get their man," the reactions of relief, disbelief, pride, and a continued focus on completing the mission are great acting and filmmaking.
See this film. It may not be a History Channel documentary and, therefore, its accuracy is not beyond question, but as entertainment it is top notch. You can't ask much more of your movie than to build human drama, create procedural suspense, and execute fast-moving action in a carefully constructed package.
